Uploaded reference images, uploaded reference videos, prompts, generated images, and generated videos are processed only to complete the requested AI generation task. We do not position the service as permanent cloud storage, and source assets or generated results may be removed after operational retention windows.
We may store your email address, Google sign-in identity, avatar, account ID, login timestamps and plan status so you can sign in, manage credits and access support.
We keep task logs, model names, generation parameters, usage records, credit changes, subscription events, invoices and payment status so we can provide history, resolve support cases, and prevent abuse.
We use hosting, authentication, payment and analytics providers only as needed to operate the service. We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you contact support, we will use the details you provide to reply and resolve your request. You may also ask us to delete applicable account data, but you remain responsible for exporting any generated images, generated videos, or billing records you need before deletion.
