Use Genzy.io only for prompts, images, videos, voices, and source assets that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads and outputs comply with copyright, trademark, privacy, platform, and other applicable laws.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content where applicable. By using the service, you permit us and our processors to handle that content only as necessary to operate, secure, store generation history, and improve the requested AI image or AI video workflow.
Generated images, generated videos, and uploaded reference assets are not intended to be permanent cloud storage. Files may be removed for operational reasons, and you are responsible for downloading and backing up any output you want to keep.
Subscriptions, one-time purchases and free-trial credits are applied to the account that completes the transaction. Recurring plans renew by billing cycle unless cancelled. Used credits and completed processing are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect output quality or suitability for every workflow. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated images and AI-generated videos before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.
